Jabberwocky Quick look Jabberwocky generates random text for “dummying-up” page layouts. Jabberwocky lets you • Fill a selected text box or chain with random text. • Choose a Jabberwocky set for the random text. • Choose a “jabbering style” for the random text (prose or verse). • Choose one of the preinstalled Jabberwocky sets — English, Esperanto, Klingon, Latinesque and Politicspeak — or create new “jabbering languages.” • Import, export and edit Jabberwocky sets. Horizontal scroll bar: Click the right arrow on the horizontal scroll bar to jump to “Using This Document.” This is one way to move between chapters. Installing Jabberwocky Jabberwocky works with QuarkXPress™ 3.1 for Macintosh and later versions, and with QuarkXPress 3.31 for Power Macintosh and later versions. To install Jabberwocky: 1. Quit QuarkXPress™ if it is running. 2. Copy the Jabberwocky XTension into the same folder as QuarkXPress, or into the QuarkXPress XTension folder. 3. Launch QuarkXPress.
